Happy Monday/Tuesday!
Today in class we did AVID Focused Notes. We learned HOW to take focused notes and we put it to practice! Remember I will check your notes in OTHER classes weekly/biweekly. You need to put the process to work.
1. Take notes (establish a purpose, select a format, and paraphrase!)
2. Process (annotate!)
3. Connect (Ask Questions!!)
4. Summary (Summarize by using the EQ)
5. Apply!
Your homework is a One Pager. A DAY Due Friday, B day due Monday!
Attached is the PPT and the One Pager instructions. Also DON'T FORGET AVID FAMILY NIGHT!
